During the last years I’ve invested time, effort and money designing strategies and quick wins to help me live a life with less of the crappy days and more of the good ones. I worked many years in consulting so I’ve a great relationship with structure but more than that, I’m a process lover!
Knowledge combined with structure, helped to identify some patterns, not only in my daily life but also, among my clients. I realised that three important elements need to be combined for us to move from a crappy point in our lives, let’s say point A, to a much more attractive and happy place, point B. These factors are:

Someone who can guide us
Support from others
With those elements in mind I’ve designed exercises and online courses with strategies, actions and lots of support to take you from “I don’t know what I want” to “This is me, this is what I want to do and this is where I’m going to start”.
Together, we’ll define and create a “toolbox” that is going to be useful for you, and only you. It should include resources to help you live the life you want.
It’s important to say that this isn’t a one fix thing, it’s a lifestyle. This isn't a magic formula, nor a secret recipe. It’s deciding to put in the effort, staying open to learn and commit to being who you want to be.
