Before I go into detail I think it’s important to clarify what I mean by my approach.
I’ve invested time, effort and money into strategies and quick wins that help me live a life with less of the crappy days and more of the good ones. I’m a structured person and process lover. So over the years I’ve developed a structured series of steps and strategies, aka The Process.
The Process has and continues to change my life for the better. This isn’t a one fix thing, it’s a lifestyle. This isn't a magic formula, nor a secret recipe. It’s deciding to put in the effort, stay open to learning and commit to being who you want to be.
The scariest thing I’ve ever learnt? You can’t control the world but, you can control your reactions. IT’S YOU WHO DECIDE! F*cking f*ck, does that mean I can’t blame someone else for the way I’m feeling? Yup, it means exactly that.

The Process consists of three main stages. On the blog, you’ll find different resources that support each of them.
WTF ARE YOU?
Let’s start with the basics. Who the f*ck are you?
This might sound obvious. You might even be thinking “Of course I know who I am!” But when we scratch the surface of who we really are, underneath the part of us we usually present to the outside world, we discover there’s a lot more. Growing up we absorbed and learned everything around us, and didn’t spend a lot of time actually getting clear on what we really liked, wanted or expected. Now is the time to do this.
During this stage it’s time to ask questions, stop and observe everything you do, and map out who you are. Why? Because you can’t improve, modify or delete something that you don't know. #iloveIT
LET’S DO THIS!
In some ways this second stage is even more important than the first in creating change in your life.
Don’t get me wrong, knowing yourself is fundamental but, if we stop there, we will end up with a huge amount of misused information. And nobody should waste precious Data.
During this phase we're going to link the knowing with the doing. This is where you start doing what you want, gulp!
First, you will DEFINE how you want to move forward. This is the time to create your own process. It’s where we facilitate your everyday life with processes that help you. You can think of this as an automation of your everyday life. You'll define all the inputs, decisions, task, outputs, etc to support who you are and who you want to be.
Now, you get to TEST it. Does this process work for you? Do you have all the tools that you need? Can you go out there and be true to what you want? Do you have the courage to do this? In other words, this is where you’ll go out there and practice, practice, practice, practice and yup, PRACTICE! Why? Because until you go out there and start doing what you want, you won’t know if this is really You. If this is really who you want to be and if there’s anything that you’d like to change, tweak or keep.
This leads to the last leg of this phase. It’s time to IMPROVE. When you reach this last part you are crystal clear about who you are and you’ve started testing a new way of being in the world by doing what you actually want. You will also have noticed things you’d like to change and improve and will begin doing so in this phase.
Your end goal is being happy and excited about your life, but sometimes this excitement will actually come from the process itself, from making changes and breaking down your own barriers. And guess what, by now you’ll have a pool of resources and knowledge to come up with strategies to get you to where you want to be.
This is my favourite part! In this third phase you’ll embrace the notion of connection. This is where you will actively seek out everything that gives you support to live this life. You’ll go out and find those who share your way of living. You will become open to finding and sharing yourself with those who really get you.
